Photograph ridges, the foundation, and any indoor trail. Note whether you had trapping last fall. Note whether raccoons or skunks tore sod overnight. Digging animals and moles are different jobs. Grubs still need larvae under the turf, not a guess from torn grass.

Do not spray the kitchen and skip the yard

Indoor ants often trace to a utility gap and to soil that was opened by weather and wildlife. Perimeter work without naming the hole is a pause. Mole work without checking grubs can miss a food source. We will say which we are doing. Contact notes should include town, photos of ridges, and whether activity is indoor, outdoor, or both.
